Overlooking the heated pool and picturesque gardens is Linley Estate's 31 well appointed guest rooms including the romantic and stylish Bridal suite. Accommodating up to 60 delegates on a twin-share basis or spread out and enjoy the space of a single occupancy. All rooms are air-conditioned and standard features include: remote control TV, mini bar & refrigerator, tea & coffee making facilities, direct dial STD/ISD phone, am/fm clock radio, irons and ironing boards, hair dryer, electric blankets and even a separate luggage rack.

Everything you need is at your finger tips, designed to suit the needs of our discerning corporate guest. Each room offers a generous king size bed or two large double beds (twin room), large separate writing table with highback chair, matching television cabinet and luggage rack, double sofa, dressing table, marble bedside tables and a modern and spacious ensuite bathroom. Also at hand is a disabled room and four inter-connecting rooms with king bed in main room and two doubles in adjoining rooms.
