We work with you and your party to ensure you have covered every aspect of your special day - from colour co-ordinating your flowers, to complimentary guest car parking, choosing from our superb menu, to the precise timing of the evenings service, photography in the gardens, to the complimentary use of our bridal suite (based on availability) - your wedding co-ordinator will be with you right to the very end.

Linley Estate is an established Hotel and offers all the conveniences including 31 spacious guest rooms, heated pool, spa and sauna, tennis court and complimentary car parking for 250 cars. Your ballroom will be dressed with crisp white linen and with all the requirements you always dreamed of - our experienced staff will ensure both yourselves and your guests receive the attention that only Linley Estate is renowned for. 

Elegant and romantic in every way, the gardens are complete with fountains, gazebo, feature bridge, rolling lawns and a kaleidoscope of floral displays providing the perfect photo opportunities. Amongst all this are three purpose built function rooms complete with all the essentials to make your special day nothing less than "Perfect".

Also available are a choice of linen chair covers with sashes (additional charge) and we will also assist you in selecting all your support services, ie, entertainment, limousine, celebrant, etc.

The Grand Ballroom

The Grand Ball Room Spectacular, spacious and superbly appointed, complete with its own grand entrance portico, stunning marble foyer for pre dinner drinks and the main ballroom with its large parquetry dance floor and stage. Accommodating from 120 to 300 guests comfortably, other special features include a mirrored ceiling draped with white silk sashes, elevated area for the bridal table, modern and subtle lighting and of course spectacular garden views.Let us create your fairytale wedding where each table is dressed with crisp white linen, white linen chair covers and sash (optional), flowers of your color choice, romantic candelabras and every place setting preciously and perfectly placed just for you... The Stunning Silvan Room

The stunning Silvan Room graceful and elegant in every way. Stylishly appointed with beautiful wall chandeliers, an elegant cocktail foyer, parquetry and a dance floor that lights up, stage, intimate lighting and of course delightful garden views. This very special function room also has the entire ceiling draped with white silk and when dressed with all the finer condiments of white linen, silverware, flowers and candelabra it certainly reflects the elegance and style to make your special day simply perfect.

The Silvan room seats up to 120 guests comfortably.

The Intimate Capri Room

The intimate Capri Room distinctive, modern and warm. Seating up to 80 guests and bathed with modern colors and yet very romantic, also with a generous parquetry dance floor, stage and marble foyer. Perfect for the more intimate wedding and when dressed with white linen and all the trimmings together with its royal blue carpet, this room truly reflects style and elegance. As with all our function rooms the Capri room has natural light with views over just one of Linley Estates romantic fern gardens.
